I like, in particular, how he notes that he is amazed at how talented people are and that some of these people found their talent in school and others did not. Perhaps I’m just overly idealistic, but if students can’t find their talent in school where can they find it. Schools are not overly specialized (or should not be) students K-12 have (or should) a lot of free time to experiment and find their passion and talent.
